Coming home from a week long vacation, pulled into Reno Wed, late afternoon and truck was leaking tranny fluid (ALOT). Not from the area so wasn't sure who to call. 1st call they were to busy. 2nd... call also didn't have time. 2nd call did refer us to John at Levrett. Took truck there 8:00 am Thursday, was diagnosed around noon. Tranny had to be pulled, new seals and pump needed. (not a small job). Had truck ready to roll around 3:00 pm on Friday. So basically 24 hours later. Unbelievable with the work that had to be done. VERY nice ppl and FAST!!!! Picked up truck and drove 400 miles home with ZERO PROBLEMS!!! Hats off to John for getting us out the door in what I would call record time considering what had to be done. And took us back to the motel and came and got us when truck was ready. We will give Levrett Automotive a HUGE THUMBS UP!!! Thank-You sooooooo much!read more

We were from out of town and started having some issues with our truck. My husband just happened to see Allen's Automotve as we were driving. He called them right before closing and explained our... situation, we were staying at an Airbnb and had to check out at 11AM the next morning to drive back to Ohio. The manager, Alex, told him to bring it in at 8AM the next morning and she would see what she could do for him. When he got there she moved stuff around and had him done and back on the road in 2 hrs. She ordered parts and did everything she could to accommodate him and our 5 yr old grandson including offering her personal vehicle to come pick me and our things up from the Airbnb so that we wouldn't have a late checkout. But she still had him ready and back on the road and picked me up in time at a super reasonable rate. She went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Reno or surrounding area. Thanks so much Alex and the mechanics for all u did for us!!read more

What a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Alex, who was very welcoming. We all want to feel important and acknowledged. She was extremely informative and efficient. My car needed an alignment... after a tie rod was replaced. Then the gentleman who fixed it was also efficient and professional. So appreciated!
